Design Concept - It’s all about efficiency

During lunch break at work, Ken and his colleague play fast-paced ping pong matches. They don't want to waste time with pen-and-paper scoring or complex operations. Ken is looking for a simple scorekeeping tool that can be launched quickly, allows easy point tracking and server switching, and shows the match result with a single tap when the game ends.

Home Screen

Jump into the game. Check your score in seconds.

A simple and effective login screen allows user to quickly access the scoreboard, view previous scores, and seamlessly return to the current game if they accidentally exit the app or switch to another one.

Scoreboard Screen

Easy to pick up, no instructions needed.

Even without instructions, I believe user can operate it with ease—because it works just like a real scoreboard. For example, the flip animation and arrows intuitively suggest that you can swipe up or tap them to increase the score. This significantly reduces users’ cognitive load and allows users to quickly get started with the app. Additionally, the landscape layout makes it easier to view scores from a greater distance, even on smaller phone screens.

Game Record Screen

Quick Overview, Deeper Insights.

When user tap the vivid "Match Record" button, the score instantly appears in a split-screen view. User can see both the current score and the leading player at a glance — which is sufficient in most cases. But if user want to view the full player rankings, just use the toggle button to switch views.
